蒙古冷知识：全球最冷的首都

这一点很神奇，蒙古并不在两级，但它的首都是全球最冷的首都，全年平均气温只有-1℃。

这一方面是因为整个国家海拔高，另一方面多谢了它北边的西伯利亚，刚出炉的新鲜寒流。

Due to its high elevation, high latitude, landlocked location, and the effects of the Siberian anticyclone, Ulaanbaatar is the coldest national capital in the world, where the average temperature is -1 degree celcius.乌兰巴托海拔高，纬度高，地处内陆，而且还受西伯利亚反气旋影响，是世界上最冷的首都，其平均气温为零下一度。
