heads-up的意思有两个：

The boss called a meeting to give us a heads-up on the way the project was going.老板召集会议通报计划进行的情况。

3. take care of sth

take care of sth表示“处理；负责某事“。

All the travel arrangements have been taken care of.所有的旅行安排都处理好了。

take care of sb/sth就是照顾，照看，照料。

而in care或者 take/put into care表示（儿童）由收养所（或其他家庭）收养。
