# 奇特的希腊粽子

希腊人也有粽子一样的食物，不过他们的粽子是用葡萄叶包的，而且叶子也要一块吃。

这种菜在东地中海非常流行，不少地方都发展出了自己独特的版本。

Eaten as an accompaniment to a main meal, dolmades are vine or grape leaves stuffed with herby, lemony rice and folded over to create a small parcel, which is then steamed. You can also find them filled with meat or vegetables.在葡萄藤或葡萄叶中塞满药草、用柠檬汁泡过的大米并折成小包子，然后蒸熟，这样做成的dolmades可作为一种配菜。有的dolmades里还塞满了肉或蔬菜。
